Defrost under refrigeration for 48 hours. Heat Boil in bag in boiling water or steamer for 30 minutes. May be heated out of bag in covered pan at 350 F degrees until internal temperature is 160 degrees F. Grill, steam, sauté, or microwave until 160 degrees F.
