PULLED PORK HASH – with VIDEO

½ EA. ONION, DICED .19
½ EA. RED PEPPER, DICED .75

8 OZ. SIMPLY POTATOES FRESH HASH BROWNS .32
2/3 CUP FRENCH’S MEMPHIS SWEET BARBECUE SAUCE .24
2 EA. LARGE EGGS .30
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE .05

Procedure
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and red pepper and cook until they are tender. Add the hash browns, stir and cook until they start to brown; scraping the bottom of the skillet. Stir in the pulled pork, BBQ sauce and salt and pepper. Cook for another 3 – 5 minutes, stirring often. In another skillet, fry the eggs sunny-side up. Spoon the hash onto 2 plates and place an egg on top of each. Serve hot.
