3 CUPS ROMAINE HEARTS, LARGE DICED 1.09
1 CUP BOK CHOY, THINLY SLICED .48
½ CUP CARROTS, SHREDDED .08
½ CUP RED BELL PEPPER, JULIENNED .65
2 TBSP. EA. CILANTRO AND SCALLION, SLICED .15
1 TSP. EA. SESAME OIL, VEGETABLE OIL .24

Procedure
Combine the lettuce, vegetables, herbs, oils and soy sauce in a bowl and toss together. Heat the pulled pork, Chinese five-spice seasoning and the Rajili sauce in a pan, gently tossing together. Fry the eggs sunny-side up and set aside. Place the cooked basmati rice in 2 salad bowls. Top with the tossed salad, and then the pork. Place the fried egg on top and serve.
