General Description
Premium chopped pork barbecue with Papa Chandler’s original mustard sauce. Very high meat content, no extenders. Made exclusively with pork Boston Butts. Coarsely chopped with a tangy, mustard-based BBQ sauce.
Preparations & Cooking Instructions
Defrost under refrigeration for 48 hours. Heat in covered pan at 350 F degrees until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Grill, steam, sauté, or microwave until 165 degrees F.
Serving Suggestions
