Preparations & Cooking Instructions
Defrost under refrigeration for 48 hours. Heat in covered pan at 350 F degrees until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Grill, steam, sauté, or microwave until 165 degrees F.
Serving Suggestions
Serve on a platter with Southwest-style fixings like spicy cornbread. Serve on toasted hoagie roll for a hearty sub sandwich. Great for sports bars, truck stops, buffets or anywhere there are hearty appetites. Use as enchilada filling.
