General Description
Pig Pickin’ style Pulled Pork with Papa Chandler’s original BBQ sauce. Very high meat content, no extenders. Made exclusively with pork Boston Butts. Chunky and stringy eye-appeal.
Preparations & Cooking Instructions
Defrost under refrigeration for 48 hours. Heat in covered pan at 350 F degrees until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Grill, steam, sauté, or microwave until 165 degrees F.
Serving Suggestions
Use on a loaded Pulled Pork sandwich or as center of the plate with slaw, Chandler Brunswick Stew, and cornbread. Serve on a BBQ mixed platter with ribs, BBQ chicken and baked beans.
