General Description
Pig Pickin’ style Pulled Pork with our tangy eastern North Carolina-style vinegar sauce. Very high meat content, no extenders. Made exclusively with pork Boston Butts. Chunky and stringy eye-appeal.
Preparations & Cooking Instructions
Defrost under refrigeration for 48 hours. Heat Boil in bag in boiling water or steamer for 30 minutes. May be heated out of bag in covered pan at 350 F degrees until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Grill, steam, sauté, or microwave until 165 degrees F.
Serving Suggestions
Use on a loaded Pulled Pork sandwich or as center of the plate with slaw, Chandler Brunswick Stew, and cornbread. Add a little of your own BBQ sauce to make your signature BBQ!
