Korean BBQ
Ingredients
1 Bunch Green Onions-Chopped
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Garlic
1/4 Cup Freshly Grated Ginger
3 Cups Light Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
1/2 Cup Sesame Oil
1 Cup Water
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Garlic Chili Sauce
1 Teaspoon Ground White Pepper
Procedure
For Sauce: In a saucepan, add oil and onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook until internal temperature reaches 170F. Remove from Heat.
For Pork: Place Pork in Hotel Pan. Pour Sauce over pork and cook in a preheated oven until internal temperature reached 165F.
