Ancho Beef Tacos with Avocado Pico de Gallo

Chandler “Make Your Own” Beef BBQ Base BBQ Sauce, Cattlemans Ancho Flavor Concentrate, Minors Chili Adobo Flavor Concentrate, Minors Corn or Flour Tortillas Radish, thinly sliced Fresh Cilantro Roma Tomatoes, diced Red onion, minced Lime, juice only Hass avocado, medium Salt/Pepper to taste |
Procedure
- BEGIN BY PREPARING THE AVOCADO PICO DE GALLO
- WHISK TOGETHER LIME JUICE AND CILANTRO LIME FLAVOR CONCENTRATE.
- POUR MIXTURE OVER TOMATOES, ONIONS, AND AVOCADO.
- SEASON WITH SALT/PEPPER TO TASTE.
- NEXT, PREPARE THE ANCHO BEEF. HEAT OIL IN A LARGE SAUTE PAN AND HEAT “MAKE YOUR OWN” BEEF.
- IN A SEPARATE BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER BASE BBQ SAUCE, ANCHO FLAVOR CONCENTRATE, AND CHILI ADOBO CONCENTRATE. ADD TO BEEF.
- BUILD TACOS IN THIS ORDER: FILL TORTILLA WITH ANCHO BEEF, TOP WITH AVOCADO PICO DE GALLO, SPRINKLE WITH RADISHES AND FRESH CILANTRO.
