Procedure
Mix the pork and Caribbean Style Sauce in a skillet and heat to 165 degrees, stirring often. Slice the pretzel buns in half, place on a baking sheet with the inner side facing up and paint with the butter. Broil in the oven until slightly golden. Remove and set aside. Cook the eggs sunny-side up. Layer the buns with cheese, pork, fried egg, mango chutney and top bun. Serve warm.
