Chandler Chicken Bisque Soup
Ingredients
- 2 Each 26 Oz. Chicken Stock
- 15 Oz. Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 Small Container Sour Cream
- ½ Cup Cooking Sherry
- 2 Bunches Spring Onions
- McCormick’s Table Grind Black Pepper To Taste
Procedure
- Saute the chicken, onions and sherry together.
- Cook the onion first until brown, then add the chicken and the sherry.
- Combine all ingredients in a stock pot and simmer for 1 hour.
