North Carolina Eggs Benedict
Ingredients
1 buttermilk biscuit
2 eggs
2 slices fried green tomato
2 oz. Chandlers pulled pork
Texas Pete Cha-landaise (hollandaise with Texas Pete SiraCha sauce)
Procedure
- Slice biscuit in half to form two circles. Place each half sliced side up, lightly butter with melted butter and toast under the salamander.
- Top each biscuit half with a freshly fried green tomato, 1 oz. of Chandlers pulled pork, a poached egg, and Cha-landaise sauce.
- Serve immediately with your favorite breakfast accompaniments
